FESTIVAL 2022
THE FESTIVAL HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL THE AUTUMN
Since 2009, the Kamarihelmi Festival has welcomed a great number of international Master Course teachers from music universities, most often the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, and orchestras such as the Vienna Philharmonic. These Master Courses by top international pedagogues have been an inspiration to many young Espoo musicians, and during the festival they have the privilege of playing key pieces of chamber music together with the visiting masters at concerts in Espoo’s Sellosali and Louhisali venues. The focus has primarily been on chamber music for piano and strings, as well as some Lieder.
